Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to Print Shop purchases made through katebbshop.com and exhibition purchases through katebbphotography.com/exhibition.
Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is required when an order is placed and can be made by credit card or Afterpay. Afterpay payments are subject to Afterpay's own terms and conditions.
The Print Shop service and payment process are administered by Queensberry on my behalf.
Exhibition print purchases at Twenty Two Mokoia are managed directly by me.
The 10% welcome discount is available to Print Shop newsletter subscribers on their first print purchase only. This includes custom Print Shop orders and framed exhibition prints.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Production & Delivery
Prints purchased through the Print Shop are made to order. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Please refer to the Info page for current production times, shipping costs and timeframes, and information about duties and taxes.
Exhibition Prints
Framed prints featured in the exhibition at Twenty Two Mokoia (30 October – 13 December 2026) are already produced, with only one of each available subject to prior sale.
Purchased prints will be ready for pickup or delivery from Monday 14 December 2026, unless otherwise arranged.
Returns & Damaged Orders
As each Print Shop product is made to order, returns or exchanges are not available for change of mind. This also applies to exhibition framed prints.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and product so the issue can be resolved.
This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
Colour & Product Variation
Printed colours may vary from on-screen previews due to differences in displays and print materials. Please refer to the Info page for further information about prints, framing and product care.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyright of Kate Burton-Brown. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute or use the image commercially without prior written permission.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
